Return Policy

We ask that you please read and understand our Return Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing, we will be more than happy to assist.

Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions you may have.

Items can be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered. Items must be in *original condition within 14 days to receive an exchange or refunded to the original form of payment. It can take 5-10 business days for the refund to be FULLY processed.

DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Please email owner@bluehyacintboutique.com with your order number to request a return.

Please note on shipping returns back to Blue Hyacinth Boutique, returns may take 2-5 business days to process from the date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. Blue Hyacinth Boutique does not provide shipping labels for returns. Original invoice must be included in your return packages. 

Final sale on all bodysuits, undergarments, sale items and special occasion wear. Items will be marked on the listing as well.
